Analog Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Analog's Services. By accessing or using our apps, website, hardware, or dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use the Services unless supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or school. Schools and parents are responsible for creating and managing Participant accounts for minors.

2. User Accounts

To use the app, users must:

  • Create an account with accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Accept that enrolled Analog Routines may restrict access to apps or device functions

3. Administrators and Participants

  • Administrators configure and manage Attention Beacons and Analog Routines

  • Participants consent to and follow restrictions during routines

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Circumvent or disable app functionality

  • Use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of Analog

5. Data and Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to data practices as outlined.

6. Intellectual Property

Analog owns all rights to its content, software, trademarks, and hardware design. You may not use these without written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided "as is."

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
